Booking Tickets

For reservations, credit and debit card bookings, please call the Box Office on (01229) 820000.  All reservations must be paid for within 7 days.

Concessions

Concessions are available for a selection of events if you are under 16, in full-time education, over 60 and retired, unemployed or disabled.

Group Bookings

A discount is available for a selection of events to be pre-paid groups of ten or more.

Refunds

We are unable to refund money on tickets, nor are we able to exchange tickets already sold.

Ticket Collection & Booking Fees

Tickets can be paid for by cheque, credit or debit card. Please make cheques payable to The forum.

There is a booking fee of £1 per ticket for all tickets purchased.   Learn more about our booking fee.

If you are collecting your tickets from the booking office, please bring suitable ID and the payment card.
