Admittance to the theatre

For family and children’s shows where there is a ‘babes in arms’ policy in place, patrons will be issued with a complimentary ticket – who will be required to sit on the knee of a paying adult.

Pushchairs may be stored free of charge during performances. We cannot allow pushchairs, prams or baby car seats inside the theatre.  Items are left at your own risk.

Baby changing facilities are available throughout the building – please ask a member of staff for assistance.

The management reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised cast and programme; not to admit latecomers until a suitable break in the performance; to refuse admission; to provide alternative seats to those purchased of the same or greater value.

The forum reserves the right to refuse admittance to any patron, including unaccompanied minors and customers who may cause disruption to the performance and the enjoyment of others.
