The forum is in Duke Street, opposite the Town Hall. The
Box Office is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and
9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays.

For reservations, credit and debit card bookings, please call
the box office on 01229 820000. Please note that reserved
tickets will be held for a maximum of seven days and all tickets
paid for in advance must be collected at least fifteen minutes
before the start of the performance.

Concessions
Concessions are available for most events if you are under 16,
in full-time education, over 60, unemployed and disabled.
Children under 14 attending events must be accompanied by an
adult at all times.
Unemployed £1 Theatre TIckets
Each forum theatre event has an allocation of tickets of £1
which are on first come, first served basis. Look for the £1
symbol.

Group bookings
A discount is available for a selection of events to
pre-booked groups of ten or more.
Refunds
We are unable to refund money on tickets, nor are we able to
exchange tickets already sold.
Latecomers
Latecomers will be asked to wait for a suitable break in the
performance before taking their seats.
Access
The forum is fully accessible and has adapted toilet facilities
and lift. We have specially designated areas for those with
restricted mobility; early booking is essential. Link to more Access details.
Hard of Hearing
There is an induction loop system at Reception, the
Main theatre (available at most performances - please check
when booking) and the studio, please set your hearing aid to
T.
Blind or Deaf People
Assisted dogs are wlcome throughout the forum.
Information in the brochure is available in large print and CD
format upon request.
Children
Children under 14 attending events must be accompanied by an
adult at all times. Under 2's are welcome at events however,
they will not be issued with a ticket. Parents/guardians must
notify the box office when booking.
The Management reserves the right to amend or cancel
performances or events without liability.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to
ticket holders and remove any members fo the audience who may cause
disruption to the performance, or to the enjoyment of
other.

your event.
